If an illegal action occurs and your business can be viewed as a connecting factor at all you are able to be seen as responsible. You, as a worker of a repeat offender or someone that has shown during the past to be inclined to criminal acts, could have protected yourself. If you do not have the wherewithal to do it, then outsource it to a personal investigator.
